1. Purpose
CHALC Social Limited is committed to maintaining a safe digital space that promotes creativity, competition, and community while protecting users from harm.
2. Age Requirements
- CHALC Social Limited is open to users aged 13 and above.
- Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to register and participate.
- Users under 13 are strictly prohibited.
3. Safety Rules
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual exploitation, nudity, or sexually explicit content.
- Bullying, harassment, or threats.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harmful stereotypes.
- Violence, self-harm, or dangerous challenges (including acts that could cause injury, distress, or damage).
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent behavior.
- Sharing private information that places minors or others at risk.
4. Reporting & Moderation
- Users may report challenges, communities, or members directly within the App.
- All reports are reviewed by trained moderators using CHALC Social Limited’s internal moderation tools.
- Actions may include content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
- Soft-deleted content is retained for audit and safety review.
- Admin decisions can be appealed by contacting [email protected].
5. Parental Involvement
- Parents and guardians play an active role in the CHALC Social Limited community.
- Guardians must verify consent for users aged 13–17 during registration.
- Guardians can review or withdraw consent, request data deletion, or request an account review at any time via [email protected].
- Parents are encouraged to monitor the challenges their children participate in and promote safe engagement.
6. Appeals & Enforcement
- Users or guardians may appeal moderation or ban decisions.
- CHALC Social Limited reviews appeals and provides a written response within a reasonable time.
