Challenge Details
Find a secure pull-up bar and start from a dead hang position with your arms fully extended. Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar, then lower yourself back to the starting position. Repeat this motion as many times as you can without resting.
Challenge rules
- Full extension of arms at the bottom.
 - Chin must clear the bar at the top.
 - Controlled movement throughout without swinging your body.
 
Scoring Criteria
You will be scored on the number of pull-ups completed.
