Hold a handstand (wall or freestanding) for as long as possible. Build core strength, balance, and shoulder stability in this classic test of control.
Challenge Rules
Start when feet lift off. Wall or freestanding allowed. Time ends when you fall, feet touch down, or lose control. Only longest unbroken hold counts.
Scoring Criteria
Score = longest hold time. One winner for the wall and one winner for without. Rank by top time held. Retry allowed—best attempt counts.
